Pilot structure
What a ninety-day pilot looks like.
- Day 01
Baseline
Ten-plus leaders complete validated instruments (Metacognitive Awareness Inventory, forecasting calibration baseline). Output: cohort-level baseline, never individual-level.
- Days 02, 90
Practice
Academy and daily practice on the app. Quarterly facilitated team debriefs with the Academy Lead or Lead Facilitator. No manager access to individual participant data.
- Day 90
Outcome
Same instruments re-administered. Delta reported at cohort level only. Effect sizes, confidence intervals, and the cases where the program did not help.

How we protect individuals inside the cohort
Aggregate-only reporting, enforced by math and by contract.
Reported metrics suppress any cohort slice under 10 users, with statistical noise injection and a contractual prohibition on manager-requested cuts that would breach this threshold.
This is not a feature we turn off for a large-enough contract. It is the only sustainable way to build a practice that does what the research says it does. Individual disclosure is what makes metacognitive work in a group setting safe, and k-anonymized reporting is how we hold that line.
