Lead Facilitator
Full-time or senior contractor · Remote + travel
Co-runs four-day Academy cohorts with the Academy Lead and holds the room through the planning-monitoring-evaluation cycle. Deep operator background preferred; clinical facilitation experience a plus. The Academy Lead owns this hire; applications go through careers@lucidity.today in the interim.

Co-Facilitator (per-cohort)
Contract · Per cohort
Supports peer-pod practice blocks and evening reflection sessions during cohorts. Ideal for practitioners who want a small, recurring engagement rather than a full-time role. We engage new co-facilitators through referral from the Academy Lead and occasional open searches.

Research and Library
Contract · Essay commissions
We commission short research-led essays (800–2000 words) from practitioners and researchers working on metacognition, calibration, emotion granularity, and adjacent literatures. If you have a specific piece in mind, include a one-paragraph pitch and a writing sample.
A note on how we hire
Our application process is closer to an academic review than a corporate funnel: we read carefully, we take our time, and every applicant receives a considered written response. If you are curious but uncertain, email us anyway. We are a small team and we read everything.
